Way mystics who believe the Procyon sector holds something sacred — a signal or entity left behind by the Ur that, if awakened, will transform the nature of consciousness in the sector.

They don't want to weaponize it. They want to release it. They believe the Ur signal is a sleeping god, a Way-ascended intelligence, and that awakening it is the next step in human evolution.

- The Remembrancer — the Cult's leader. Never seen directly. Communicates through intermediaries and visions.
- Sera Vael — field operative. Thoughtful, genuinely kind, completely committed to a potentially catastrophic goal.
- Orin Vess — (see Dead Man's Bounty) — the Cult considers them a living miracle.
How They Interact With the Crew
- Initially, the Cult approaches as allies. They want the same artifacts.
- They won't harm civilians to get what they want. But they will sacrifice themselves.
- Status can go very positive if crew helps them — or very negative if crew repeatedly blocks the awakening.
Clock: Ritual Completion
6 segments. Fills when the Cult successfully performs Way rituals near Ur sites, acquires artifacts, or gains access to the signal. When full: The awakening begins. The crew must decide whether to stop it.
